Description
This course is designed for the person looking to enter the dental healthcare profession. You will learn many basics of dental assisting including anatomy, dental structures, tooth surfaces, charting, infection control. Skills taught will include disinfection, sterilization techniques, preparation for patient care, instruments and tray set up, instrument transfer and retraction of tissues and suction.
Length of program 12 weeks of 4 hour classes
Includes text book, lab supplies and scrub top
